Well there hasn’t been any scientific study to prove any such amount that you should adhere to.
Ever person is unique and they have a unique requirement for daily water intake. Our bodies regulate how much water our body needs by making us feel thirsty. We should aim to quench our feeling of thirst rather than over drinking water.
Although we don’t know exactly how much we should drink this you shouldn’t need to drink more water than you feel thirsty for.
