Kalms Night One-A-Night contains valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day.
Direction:
One hour before bedtime. For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old.

Valerian offinalis L, Ethanol 60% V/V, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc and Silicon dioxide, Polyvinyl Alcohol part hydrolysed, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol 3350, Talc.

Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.
