How to take:

ENO Dissolve the powder in a glass of water before taking it. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 5 g (one 5 ml spoonful) in a glass of water. Repeat every 2 to 3 hours if necessary. Do not take more than six doses in 24 hours.
